Yaay! The chilly season is back! Even if winter makes going out an extreme sport and basically I feel like I’m ice skating all the time, I try to see this wonderful season through my inner child’s eyes. I live for the smell of freshly baked cookies, snow fights, building a snowman, scented candles and snuggling under a blanket in a pajama all day long.
We shot these images on a monday, when the schools were closed because of the heavy snowfall. After I had a good 15 minutes of dancing around and jumping on the bed as I heard these news coming from heaven, I decided that it’s the perfect day for some snow fun. I threw away my books and essays (..That I had to pick up from the floor the next day, cuz’.. I still need to finish high school), I packed my camera & my little bro and so the adventure to get out of the house begins!
Winter is the perfect time to play with layers. And the fact that I’m ALWAYS cold made me a pro at layering. You might wanna play with various textures and fabrics in one outfit to make sure the cold will stay away from your skin. I chose this simple, timeless bronze coat, with these faux, matte leather pants – I feel like everyone should have these in their closet, they’re so easy to wear, as example as a casual style with a simple T- shirt with black or grey tones for a day around town et voila, so chic and glam with the least amount of effort. Lately I’ve been dying over very urban and edgy looks, yet super chic. The accessories for this outfit are minimal – only this chocker from H&M that I wanna wear all the time because it’s so ladylike. I think it’s all about minimal accessories that will make you look put-together.
